Catapult Indiana is a 160-hour paid training program that teaches participants about advanced manufacturing and logistics through classroom work and hands-on experience. An initiative of Conexus Indiana, Catapult gives students the skills they need to succeed in this fast-growing field.

To launch Catapult Indiana, the Fairbanks Foundation awarded two grants to Central Indiana Corporate Partnership (CICP) Foundation totaling more than $750,000. The grants allowed Conexus Indiana to develop a statewide model for the program and to implement a Catapult site in Marion County. As of November 2023, 336 students have participated in Catapult in Marion County. Statewide, 90% of the program’s graduates receive at least one job offer and report average wage growth of 40%.
