투석기 인디애나 강의실 수업과 실습 경험을 통해 참가자들에게 첨단 제조 및 물류에 대해 가르치는 160시간 유급 교육 프로그램입니다. 의 이니셔티브 커넥서스 인디애나, Catapult는 학생들에게 빠르게 성장하는 분야에서 성공하는 데 필요한 기술을 제공합니다. 

캐터펄트 인디애나(Catapult Indiana) 출범을 위해 페어뱅크스 재단(Fairbanks Foundation) 수여 인디애나주 중부 기업 파트너십(Central Indiana Corporate Partnership)에 2건의 보조금(CICP) 재단 총계가 $750,000 이상입니다. 보조금을 통해 Conexus Indiana는 프로그램을 위한 주 전체 모델을 개발하고 Marion 카운티에 Catapult 사이트를 구현할 수 있었습니다. 2023년 11월 현재 매리언 카운티에서는 336명의 학생들이 Catapult에 참여했습니다. 주 전역에서 이 프로그램 졸업생 중 90%는 적어도 하나의 일자리 제안을 받고 40%의 평균 임금 인상을 보고합니다.
