Support for feasibility planning to develop and scale adult work-based learning programs in two industry sectors, development of a communications plan to engage stakeholders in the importance of work-based learning and post-secondary education, and an analysis of the State of Indiana’s career and technical education funding streams and governance structure; support for Ascend Indiana, Conexus and TechPoint participation in a convening of Indiana stakeholders working to design an employer-led, coordinated statewide system of high-quality “modern” youth apprenticeship experiences, as well as the development of a blueprint to pilot youth apprenticeships in Marion County
