— Data We’re Tracking —

To measure community well-being across our core focus areas, we collect data from a variety of sources and publish it in our Community Data Snapshot, updating new information as it becomes available. In most cases, the data starts in 2010, with some exceptions due to limited availability. Wherever possible, the data has been disaggregated by age, gender, income, race and ethnicity.

We welcome our grantees and other community partners to download this information to inform their work. Please note that while we do our best to confirm all data is correct, because the data comes from a variety of sources, we cannot guarantee its accuracy.
