Tematy te kierują wyborem sześciu organizacji z Indianapolis, które zajmują się tymi potrzebami w naszym mieście. Organizacje nie mogą ubiegać się o udział w programie Dotacje charytatywne, a dotacje są przyznawane jednorazowo.
