Sprawy uczelni is an initiative of the Richard M. Fairbanks Foundation to increase college enrollment rates among Marion County high school seniors, especially among students from low-income households who are less likely than their higher-income peers to enroll. CEMETS iLab Indiana is a coalition of more than 100 Indiana leaders working to develop a statewide modern youth apprenticeship system as one potential solution to the state’s mounting workforce crisis. The 10-month Implementation Lab – referred to as an iLab – is an intensive collaborative that will result in a comprehensive statewide plan to increase the number of available modern youth apprenticeships across in-demand industry sectors. Charitable Grants are one-time $25,000 grants to Indianapolis nonprofit organizations based on a funding theme that reflects the pressing needs in Indianapolis. Grantees are selected annually by the Fairbanks Foundation Board of Directors based upon that year’s determined funding theme.
